About me
I Learn
I'm always learning – from books, podcasts, courses, and formal education (I’ve just finished my degree in Psychology).
I’m curious about how we function, why we do or don’t do what we truly want — but also about people, the world, the beliefs we carry, and the things we consider “normal” that maybe aren’t.
I blend learning with self-discovery through journaling, reflections on what wiser voices say, and therapy.
I Create
I love experimenting and creating.
Painting gives me a sense of fulfillment. It brings me calm and a feeling that I’m doing what I’m meant to do. It’s a deeply personal experience for me.
Often, I use art to regulate my emotions, to calm myself down or explore my thoughts — like meditation or introspection, depending on the day.
It’s not always easy — sometimes I get frustrated when a painting doesn’t turn out the way I imagined — but I always learn something in the process, and often those moments turn into new ideas for future work.
It’s a space I never get bored of. So many possibilities open up, and I think that’s what fascinates me. I always have new ideas to explore.
I Share
Sharing is a part of who I am — I wouldn’t feel like myself without it.
I try to gather what I learn, what inspires me, the things that helped me — and express them in a way that might also help others or simply remind me of what matters.
I hope my art finds homes where it can bring a bit of calm and inspiration.
And I want to support people who’ve always wanted to paint but didn’t know where to start, felt afraid, or thought they weren’t “good enough.” Through the products I offer and the process videos I share — most of them intuitive and super simple — I try to make painting more approachable and accessible.
